On October 23th and 24th, GBC/TPAA host two unique workshops to identify, launch and establish a sustainable framework to guide new public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the fight against HIV/AIDS and TB in Russia, China and India.

Building Scenarios: The Future of Public-Private Partnerships for HIV/AIDS and TB in Emerging Market Economies (organized in partnership with Scenario Development)

Workshop on Public-Private Partnerships:An Underutilized and Effective Response to HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (organized in partnership with Booz-Allen Hamiliton)

The global business community will turn its attention to Russia as leaders from some of the world's largest corporations - including GBC member companies AngloAmerican, Bayer, BD, Boehringer Ingelheim, Chevron, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Unilever and SABMiller - gather in St. Petersburg and Moscow to address the country's accelerating HIV/AIDS and TB epidemics.

The delegation will visit hospitals and HIV/AIDS and TB prevention programs, participate in simulation workshops, attend high-level meetings with public health policymakers and discuss partnership opportunities and models for implementing effective public-private partnerships to address these growing threats.
